Mike has been playing basketball since elementary school. He represented South Philly High as an All-American in 1982. Mike continued his education and basketball at Hubbs' New Mexico Junior College where he was selected for the Junior O

Mike has been playing basketball since elementary school. He represented South Philly High as an All-American in 1982. Mike continued his education and basketball at Hubbs' New Mexico Junior College where he was selected for the Junior Olympic team 2x. He then went onto play for UTEP for their strong basketball program and legendary coaching staff. While at UTEP he won 2 conference championships, made 2 NCAA tournament appearances, and was drafted by the Dallas Mavericks in 1987. Due to his mother being ill, he was released from the Mavericks and played in the CBA for 3 years where he earned Rookie of the Year in 1988. Later he played overseas basketball for 13 years. Mike ended his basketball career at age 38 where he won his final championship in 2002.
Mike and, his brother, Joe Richmond launched RGI, an overseas basketball tour that grants U.S. players an opportunity to be seen by European scouts. He has coached men's & women's high school basketball. Later, he joined The World Famous Harlem Globetrotters as a coach. Basketball has allowed Mike to visit over 58 countries and travel through all 50 U.S. states. Currently, Mike is the Game Day Associate for your Delaware Blue Coats.

Felicia has a Bachelors degree in Sport Management and experience in sport media relations, athletic facilities management, event management, social media, recruiting and much more. After college she enlisted into the Army National Guard and began a successful career in the front office of the Philadelphia 76ers and your Delaware Blue Coats. After nearly 4 years with the 76ers and Blue Coats she chose to walk away and start her own yoga business, Flow with Fe. She now enjoys coaching with the CYBL while running her business.

Felicia grew up an athlete from the age of 5 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport Managment. She worked in the NBA, G- League, ABA, NFL and NHL and coached on the collegiate and middle school level.

Jordan has been coaching in the CYBL from the beginning. He is studying Sport Management at Wilmington University and working with the Delaware Blue Coats. Being from Delaware, he played basketball at Appoquinimink High School.

Liam graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Penn State and recently earned his Master's degree in Marketing from Temple University. He also works for the Delaware Blue Coats.
